STG Travel operates a watersports centre in L’Escala, Spain for our Pavilion Brand running watersports trips for school. The operation runs from mid May through to the end of July.

With outstanding views of the Spanish Pyrenees from its stunning white sand beaches, L’Escala offers the ideal opportunity for school groups looking to experience exhilarating and stimulating adventures.

Resort Manager

Responsible for the overall operation, we are looking for ideally a Spanish speaker with on the man management and on the ground experience. This role will be reporting directly in to the Product Delivery Manager back in the UK and be the main liaison between the office and resort. Experience within the watersport sector is preferable but not essential. As well as managing the team ensuring the client have the best experience. Must have a full driving licence.

Senior Watersports Instructor

Must be a Senior Instructor. Responsible for all the water sport activities including Dinghy sailing, windsurfing and kayaking. Main duties will include managing a team of 6 qualified water sports instructors and their sessions, ensuring a good standard of tuition is delivered while ensuring the highest level of safety for the group. Building relationships with the watersports equipment suppliers. Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage and must have a full driving licence.

Senior Activities Instructor

Responsible for the activities instructors which include snorkling, mountain biking and a 3^rd activity. Main duties include ensure the equipment is maintained correctly, session planning and highest health and safety is enforced. Must have a Mountain Bike leader qualification and a lifeguard/lifesaving qualification and ideally have a full driving licence.

Customer Service Staff

Spanish Speaker required with a high level of customer service. Responsible fro meeting groups at the airport, always the groups first point of contract, organising evening entertainments programme, dealing with any medical issues. Ideally have a full driving licence.

Watersports Instructors

RYA Dinghy, RYA Start Windsurf or BCU Level 2 Kayak Instructor required to run trial session for school groups. You must have one of the instructor qualification and ideally have run session before. You must have a high level of health and safety. As well as running the sessions you will also get involved in running evening entertainment sessions. Knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage but not essential.

Activity Instructor

Must have a First Aid qualification. Will run either mountain bike, snorking or a 3^rd activity session so an interest in these activities is preferable. Must be outgoing a enjoy working with school kids. Organised and aware of health and safety laws.
