NIGHT SUPERVISOR
You will be responsible to ensure the highest level of security is in place, protecting the keys, company assets and all guests and staff in the hotel. You will work 12 out of 14 nights.
Key responsibilities
Ensuring all walk rounds, safety checks are completed to company standards
Ensuring fire escapes and paths are kept clear of snow
Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction and customer service
Ensuring all public areas are clean, set up correctly and safe (such as setting up the restaurant for breakfast service)
You will ideally have worked nights before or worked in a security position previously, have the ability to work by yourself, responsible, excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The position is ideal for keen skier or boarder as you will get the most time on the mountain.
HEAD OF BAR
You will be responsible for running an efficient team within budgetary controls ensuring all guests expectations are met during their stay by providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
To ensure the bar team are trained to provide courteous, efficient service to all guests and assist in the smooth running of the bar
Act as Duty Manager for the hotel when required
Prepare staff rotas in line with business requirements
Manage bar and terrace sales and maximize profit
Ensure all cashing up procedures are completed accurately after each shift and that all policies and procedures are adhered to
Take control of weekly stock take and ordering
You will have experience of working in a management or supervisory position within a Bar or Pub including stock control. You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, passionate about the hospitality/ski industry, excellent communication and customer service skills, previous man-management experience and proven ability to motivate others. Knowledge of French or Italian would be desirable not essential.
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
You will be responsible for running an efficient, hygienic and safe restaurant ensuring all guests expectations are met during their stay by providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure the restaurant team are trained to provide courteous, efficient service to all guests and assist in the smooth running of the restaurant
Work closely with Head Chef to ensure good working relationships between kitchen and front of house
Act as Duty Manager for the hotel when required
Ensure your team is motivated and enthusiastic
Take control of weekly stock take and ordering
You will have experience of working in a large restaurant or hotel, have a good eye for detail, excellent communication and customer service skills, experience of complaint handling, positive and self motivated, hands-on, pro-active attitude, previous man-management experience and the ability to motivate others.
HEAD OF HOUSEKEEPING
To run an efficient and effective team of housekeeping staff maintaining the levels of hygiene and health and safety standards our company expects.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure the hotel bedrooms, corridors and public areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, in line with company standards
Maintain and improve service standards to improve customer feedback and encourage repeat business
To supervise and provide staff training and development ensuring high levels of customer service
Act as Duty Manager for the hotel when required
Ensuring your team is motivated and enthusiastic
Control of costs through correct storage and distribution of supplies
Take control of weekly stock take and ordering for cleaning products and linen
You will have Cleaning/housekeeping experience essential preferably within a hotel or accommodation unit, experience of stock control, ability to continually raise standards, excellent attention to detail, hands-on management experience, proven ability to motivate others and be positive and self motivated.

SOUS CHEF
To be a part of an efficient, commercially aware kitchen providing good quality, healthy meals for our guests. Maintaining high levels of hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety. Deputising for the Head Chef in their absence.
Key responsibilities
Ensure the highest standards of health and hygiene in the kitchen, abiding to local and European regulations
Ensure punctuality and reliability within the department
Production of company set menus to provide healthy fresh foods to our guests
Provide good quality, healthy and varied staff meals within the budget provided
Experience of cooking to a similar level in a hotel or restaurant kitchen and covering alone in absence of a Head Chef, Level 2 health & hygiene and level 1 health and safety, flexible, competent and enthusiastic.
COMMIS CHEF
To be a part of an efficient, commercially aware kitchen providing good quality, healthy meals for our guests. Maintaining high levels of hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety.
Key responsibilities
Assisting with the production of company set menus to provide healthy fresh foods to our guests
Provide good quality, healthy and varied staff meals within the budget provided
Assist with deliveries of food and store away ensuring stock rotation
Experience of cooking to a similar level or completion of a relevant catering qualification, Level 2 health & hygiene and level 1 health and safety an advantage, passionate about food, flexible, friendly and approachable.
KITCHEN STAFF
To be a part of an efficient, commercially aware kitchen ensuring the food and equipment in the kitchen is always clean and in the right place. Maintaining high levels of hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Washing crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc.
Cleaning kitchen equipment and services
Assist with deliveries of food and storage ensuring stock rotation
Assisting with food preparation
You will have good communication skills, be flexible, friendly and approachable, positive and be a good team player.
CLUBHOTEL STAFF
To provide the highest standard of cleanliness and service within the restaurant, guest rooms and public areas, seizing opportunities where possible to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare the restaurant for service ensuring tables are laid and accompaniments ready
Serve food and beverages for breakfast, lunch and dinner services promptly and as required
Clear tables, clean down and polish cutlery and glasses
Servicing of hotel bedrooms, ensuring they are cleaned to the correct standard, using all cleaning materials economically and according to training provided
Previous housekeeping or waitress/waiter experience is desirable but not essential. Smart appearance, excellent communication skills, ability to work on own initiative, flexible, friendly and approachable and a team player.
FRENCH AND ITALAIN SPEAKING BAR STAFF
To be part of an efficient bar team operating within budgetary controls ensuring all guests expectations are met during their stay by providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
To provide courteous, efficient service to all guests and a smooth running, clean bar
To serve food and drinks in the bar and terrace areas of the hotel

HANDYMAN / MAINTENANCE PERSON
Your main responsibilities are to deal with the day to day maintenance of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out general repairs and maintenance checks to fixtures and fittings within the hotel
To deal with requests made by guests and Management including heating, hot and cold water, lighting, power, wastes, toilets and basins etc.
Assisting in other areas of the hotel to cover for staff days off or sickness (e.g. bar or kitchen staff)
You must have experience of general maintenance and DIY, ability to work alone and use initiative, positive and self motivated and be a team player.
HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
To run a team who are the first point of contact for our guests ensuring they receive an excellent standard of customer service during their stay. To ensure all guest needs are met and any issues or complaints dealt with seriously and professionally. Fluent French / Italian an advantage

To be a point of contact for guests and suppliers in the event of a query and to reach an outcome that all parties are happy with

French, German or Italian to a conversational level is an advantage.
FRENCH, GERMAN OR ITALIAN SPEAKERS REQUIRED FOR ADMINISTRATION POSITIONS
You will need to be fluent at French, German or Italian to support the administration of the company overseas and to get involved with all aspects of the ski operation.
Key Responsibilities
Checking invoices and liaising with suppliers for accommodation, lift passes, ski school, ski rentals and hotel supplies when required
To process après ski in resort sales and record information on appropriate spreadsheet
Liaise with the Customer Service Staff regarding their paperwork, process and generate arrivals lists, equipment hire lists and service vouchers using the intranet
Management and co-ordination of weekly transfers
To take responsibility for the smooth running of the Peak Season program by being involved with the pre-planning stage. To work closely with Overseas Recruitment and to prepare information packs for the Customer Service staff.
You will need to be fluent French, German or Italian both written and spoken, have experience within an administration type role, excellent Excel, Word and Outlook skills, Meticulous eye for detail, Ability to work as part of a team, Pro-active, well organised, flexible and self motivated, excellent communication skills and full, clean driving license preferable.
DRIVER POSITIONS
Responsible for the careful and safe operation of the company vehicles. Driving guests and staff from the airport, moving stock between hotels and assisting with operational demands in a timely fashion.
Key Responsibilities
Drive between 5 resorts, 5 hotels and 2 chalets
Transfer guests, staff, stock and skis between the airports and hotels
Occasionally acting as an assistant to the Customer Services Team with involvement in ski arrangements and evening entertainment programme
You will ideally have a PSV license and experience of driving in alpine conditions , Full clean driving license, over the age of 21 for company insurance purposes, experience within a customer facing role, ability to work alone and as part of a team , Organised, motivated and conscientious and a totally flexible approach.
CHALET STAFF
To provide our guests with excellent service in a clean, welcoming and safe environment. To ensure good quality wholesome meals are provided in a professional, warm and inviting way.
Key Responsibilities
To create a home from home environment
To maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety
Responsibility for facilities e.g. jacuzzi, sauna etc.
Service all bedrooms and public areas to the company standard
Production of company set menus to provide healthy fresh foods to our guests for breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner
You will have cooking experience of dinner parties or similar to a confident level, experience of having to cater for special dietary requirements, Outgoing, driven, motivated, passionate and enthusiastic, ability to present in-front of groups of people, calm in a crisis and able to handle stressful situations. Conversational/Fluent French an advantage.
DEPUTY MANAGER
You will be assisting the Hotel Manager with the day to day management of one of our larger hotels. You will be commercially aware of the budgets and directing all hotel service, including front of house, food and beverages and housekeeping. This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in an Assistant Manager or Head of Department position overseas and is looking for a route into Hotel Management.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and controlling all aspects of the hotel to ensure the smooth running in the absence of the hotel manager.

PEAK SEASON POSITION IN AUSTRIA, ITALY, FRANCE AND USA
This position is during the February Half Term (10th February 2012) and Easter (30th March to 15th April 2012). If you are only available for one week or all four it is worth applying. You will be looking after one of our school groups. You will travel out with the group often by coach, assist with check in, organise ski fit, liaise between the party leader and the hotel regarding meal times, accompany them to ski school, ensuring they turn up on time and are with the correct instructors and organising evening entertainment.
This position is ideal if you want to get out to the mountains for free! You will be provided with your travel from a UK departure point, lift pass, ski hire, accommodation, food, ski insurance and £100 for the week.
You must have an approachable personality, strong organisation skills and able to think on your feet.
Knowledge of Italian, German or French is preferable but not essential.
